30-Day Returns. No Drama.

If you don't love what you ordered, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. We mean it.

How to start a return

1. Email support@shoplumora.org with your order number and reason.
2. We'll send you a return address and instructions within 24 hours.
3. Ship the item back (return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was defective).
4. Once received, refund is processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

What can be returned

Most items. Exceptions: anything that touches skin/eyes for hygiene reasons (magnetic lashes - opened) is only eligible if defective. Beauty items must be unopened.

Damaged or wrong item?

That's on us. Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund - no return shipping required.
