Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with tracking once your package ships.

• United Arab Emirates & GCC: 5-10 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 8-15 business days

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD / 180 AED. Otherwise calculated at checkout based on destination.

Customs & duties

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes assessed by the destination country.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7+ days or your package is marked delivered but didn't arrive, email us at support@shoplumora.org and we'll investigate or reship at no cost to you.
